Why we started doing this
We have spent years turning over heritage short-term rentals in the Walkerville Distillery District, often on same-day changeovers, in houses built in the 1880s with original floors, tile, and fixtures. That is a harder standard than most cleaning work: guests photograph everything, reviews are public, and a missed detail costs a rating.
The team we built to hold that standard is now available to everyone else — homeowners, landlords, property managers, and real estate agents across Windsor and Essex County.
What we do
Full clean
Every room brought to a consistent, guest-ready standard.
- Floors vacuumed, mopped, and edge-cleaned
- All surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch points
- Bathrooms in full — tubs, showers, tile, glass, mirrors
- Kitchen surfaces, sinks, exteriors of all appliances
- Dusting including sills, ledges, and light fixtures
- Beds made, linens changed, bins emptied
Deep clean
Everything in a full clean, plus the work ordinary cleaning skips.
- Appliances inside and out — ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, range hoods and filters, washers and dryers
- Behind and beneath furniture and appliances
- Baseboards, trim, door frames, and switch plates
- Vents, window tracks, and sills
- Grout, tile, and hard-water buildup
- Inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and pantries
Large homes, done in one visit
A four-bedroom house cleaned by one person takes a day. Cleaned by four, it takes an afternoon.
For larger properties we send two or three additional cleaners so the whole house is finished in a single visit instead of spread across several. That is the difference between a listing that photographs on schedule and one that slips a week, and it is why agents call us.
Real estate, listings, and move-outs
We work with agents at RE/MAX Preferred Realty in Windsor and can provide references on request.
The jobs we handle most often for the real estate side:
- Pre-listing cleans — before photography and before the first showing
- Post-renovation cleans — construction dust in every crevice, which is its own category of work
- Move-out and move-in cleans — empty houses taken back to neutral
- Between-showing maintenance — keeping a listed property presentable across weeks on market
- Rental turnovers — short-term and long-term, including same-day
How pricing works
Our rate is $55 per hour, per cleaner. You pay for the time the work takes rather than a package price guessed at in advance.
Before we start, we tell you roughly how many hours we expect a job to run, so you are not agreeing to an open-ended number. Deep cleans and post-renovation work take longer than full cleans; a first visit to a property usually takes longer than the ones after it.
Common questions
What areas do you serve?
Windsor and Essex County — Walkerville and the Distillery District, Riverside, South Windsor, Tecumseh, LaSalle, and the surrounding communities. Ask about anywhere further out and we'll tell you honestly whether it's practical.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. If you'd prefer we use specific products in your home — for a particular floor finish, a stone counter, or a household preference — tell us when you book and we'll work with what you supply.
How much notice do you need?
More is better, particularly for deep cleans and large properties where we're scheduling several people. For urgent turnarounds, email us anyway and we'll tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
Can you handle recurring cleans?
Yes — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Recurring visits are shorter than the first one because the property never falls as far behind.
